- Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Assist in training new employees
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are implemented
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports
- Coordinate with management regarding store concerns and operations
Skills And Qualifications
- Leadership and team management
- 2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN F&B INDUSTRY
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Inventory and cash handling knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
