Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders for efficient service
• Conduct service training and ensure food safety standards
• Operate POS effectively and securely
• Plan and oversee daily dining operations
• Ensure cleanliness in all dining and waiting areas
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
• Valid Pro Serve certification is essential
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
