Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Supervisor role based at our property in Kumbhalgarh. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met in all dining areas. The role includes supervising service teams, coordinating shift schedules, and conducting briefings to align team members on menus, promotions, and guest priorities. The supervisor will monitor food and beverage quality, manage table flow, and support smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Responsibilities also include handling guest queries and feedback, training team members on service procedures and hygiene standards, maintaining inventory and basic cost controls, and supporting special events and functions to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading, coaching, and motivating food and beverage service teams.
- Proficiency in maintaining and enforcing service standards, including hygiene, safety, and presentation requirements.
- Hands-on experience in food service operations across restaurant, bar, and/or banquet environments.
- Customer service and communication skills to manage guest interactions, resolve concerns, and build repeat patronage.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants in a similar supervisory role preferred.
- Understanding of basic POS systems, billing processes, and inventory control in F&B operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
