The Kingsley are looking to hire a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their amazing F&B team. This is a very rewarding role working with a very innovative F&B team. The Kingsley is a gold employer where succession planning, rewarding and developing our team is vital.
Availability : Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe, breakfast, dinner and service areas
- Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system
- Supporting the F&B team with general duties during busy periods
- Monitoring adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and reporting any issues or contravenes
- Over-seeing the service
- Ensuring top class customer service
- Coaching and training the team, on the job training, job buddies
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
- Minmising customer complaints
- Supporting the well-being of the team
- Working on PMS ie. Micros, Opera, Alkimii
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Extensive food knowledge
- Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs
- F&B Skills like cocktail making and high service standards
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A passion for hospitality
- Qualification in the area of F&B would be desired
- Intermediate computer/IT skills
- Experience with managing people and leading a team
- Event organising, planning and running
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
