Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Westin Anaheim Resort, located in Indigo, VIC. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to service standards, coordinate staff, and manage food service activities to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with inventory and scheduling tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff management
- Knowledge of Service Standards and the ability to ensure consistent adherence
- Proficiency in Food Service operations and processes
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality supervisory role is preferred
- Relevant certifications in food safety or hospitality management are advantageous
