Perform all duties of the lounge in a professional manner in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals.
Serve guests with friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food & beverages, including all hot and cold drinks, to the guests all times with a pleasant and friendly attitude.
- Provide food and drink recommendations to guests.
- Restock food & beverages and glassware, when necessary, throughout the shift.
- Maintain the highest quality and consistent products & quality standards by following all Company drink recipes and procedures, taste coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks to maintain familiarity with products and quality standards.
- Perform opening, closing and side duties – setting up and tidying up the lounge, ensure cleanliness of glass surfaces or counter tops, and entire lounge area, ensure equipment is in good condition and food safety standards are met.
- Follow and observe Health and Safety standards by following self-monitoring plan, properly labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating the prepared items for the lounge.
- Assist the guests all times with polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Always maintain perfect use of Plaza premium Group uniform as a brand ambassador.
Qualification.
- Diploma/Certificate in either Food and Beverage Management Course, Hospitality Management, Catering and Housekeeping.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry
- Current Certificate of Food Handler from Port Health
- Able to work in the Bar
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
