The Golf Sanctuary is seeking a professional and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in a multifaceted role that includes reception duties and supervision of TrackMan simulators. This position is integral to delivering a seamless and premium guest experience across all areas of the venue.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for providing high-quality service in food and beverage operations, while also managing front-of-house reception duties and overseeing the effective use of TrackMan simulator bays. The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food offerings in accordance with venue standards
- Manage reception duties, including guest check-in/check-out, bookings, and enquiries
- Operate booking systems and handle payments accurately
- Provide guidance and basic support to guests using TrackMan simulators
- Monitor simulator usage to ensure sessions run on time and equipment is used appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas, including simulator bays
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of customer service and guest engagement at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar front-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competence in handling bookings, POS systems, and cash transactions
- Interest in golf or willingness to learn TrackMan technology (highly regarded)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)
- Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
