Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Nantucket Island, MA
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + On Site Housing

About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager provides hands-on, high-energy leadership across the resort's dining outlets and event spaces. Managing front-of-house operations, this role collaborates with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver world-class guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Direct daily front-of-house operations across restaurant, bar, banquet, and special event spaces. Serve as a highly visible floor leader ensuring premier hospitality, professional standards, and swift guest service recovery.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive, service-focused culture through continuous training and development.
- Business Management: Oversee labor management and operational efficiency while maintaining luxury standards.
- Event & Program Support: Execute private events, banquet functions, holiday programming, and unique seasonal experiences.
- Compliance: Ensure absolute alignment with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience in a hotel, resort, country club, or high volume restaurant environment
Required Skills
- Strong front of house leadership
- A la carte dining and event or banquet operations
- Lead teams, develop people, and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
- POS systems and scheduling platforms
- Professional, energetic, and guest focused leadership style
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a luxury hospitality environment
- Exposure to both restaurant and banquet operations
- Experience supporting private events, seasonal programming, or high volume resort operations
