As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence, team performance and outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations of the assigned venue.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels and operational resources.
- Oversee inventory, stock control and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support budgeting, cost control and profitability initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service excellence and food & beverage standards.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on operational performance and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems is considered an advantage.
