We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Front of House team at the stunning Piran Meadows Resort & Spa in Newquay.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join Darwin Escapes and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.

About The Role
What you'll be doing:
As Food And Beverage Manager, You Will
- Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Manage rotas, stock control, budgets and departmental paperwork.
- Ensure food and drink service is delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation and compliance across all Food & Beverage areas.
- Manage cash handling and EPOS procedures accurately.
- Identify training needs and support colleague development.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Required Criteria
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage or Front of House team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desired Criteria
- Experience using EPOS systems
- Previous experience within a holiday park, hotel or leisure environment
