Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant within Palazzo Castelletti. This role includes managing service standards, supervising staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring that food and beverage offerings consistently meet quality, safety, and presentation expectations. The manager will monitor inventory and ordering, support menu planning with culinary and bar teams, and maintain cost controls aligned with budget targets. Additional responsibilities include training and coaching team members, handling guest feedback, and collaborating with management to enhance the overall cultural and dining experience for visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage operations skills, with experience in restaurant and bar environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
- Candidates should possess Training and team leadership skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and cost control skills, with experience managing inventory, pricing, and revenue targets.
- Relevant experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar supervisory role in hospitality or catering.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset in a touristic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
