What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing day-to-day café operations and shift execution
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
- Coordinating between kitchen, service, and retail teams
- Staff supervision, training, and discipline
- Inventory coordination and basic stock management
- Hygiene, SOP implementation, and operational consistency
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has prior experience in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations
- Understands both customer experience and backend execution
- Is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and accountable
