The Role of Food & Beverage Attendant

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Ensure prompt, accurate, and attentive delivery of food and beverage offerings
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and specials
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic and high performing team environment

Setting you up for Success

  • 6-12 months experience in Restaurant, Breakfast or Event service
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
