Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our Food & Beverage outlets the heart & soul of our Hotel.
In This Role You Will
- Be the ‘face’ of our new restaurant
- Welcome both in-house and external guests
- Provide consistent and high-quality service
- Be an active promoter of our new restaurant and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
- Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required
- Bring flair and passion each and every day
- Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
