Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Food and Beverage Associate. The role involves delivering high-quality food and beverage services, attending to the needs of guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining and service areas. The associate will work closely with the culinary and service teams, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, the position requires assisting with menu knowledge and restaurant promotions to elevate guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Service, Food & Beverage
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in hospitality or a similar field preferred but not mandatory
