As Food & Beverage assistant you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.
What The Role Will Involve
- Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships
- To be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations
- To follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, hosts and wider hotel staff to ensure best possible service
- To build a rapport with all guests in assigned section and use this to maximise sales opportunities
- Be flexible to jump into any roll within the restaurant when needed

- Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
