In the role, you’ll work alongside Managers to ensure high standards in food and beverage operations within your section. By leading your team, you will address concerns related to service, maintain compliance with safety policies, and enhance overall event experiences for guests. Adaptability and a proactive mindset are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
• Oversee service quality at concessions and bars
• Assist with guest and staff relations management
• Conduct inventories and complete paperwork accurately
• Support operations for smooth event execution
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience is essential
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems preferred
• Valid Smart Serve certification required
• Flexible for evening and weekend schedules
