Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Steward to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in restaurant service and possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per the restaurant's service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables.
- Assist in table setup and clearing during service hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B Service or Hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
