Food & Beverage Management Trainee

Qualifications
- Previous experience or part-time work in hotels, restaurants, or bars is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
- Graduates from universities in Southeast Asia are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
- Willingness to supervise team members and take initiative.
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Exposure to POS systems and basic financial reporting is an advantage.
