Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced F&B Executive to support the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining premium service standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and delivering a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Supervise and guide the service team during restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels of restaurant supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure all company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Maintain the restaurant's premium ambiance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and guest handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
