Role Description
We are seeking a full-time F&B Captain to lead and manage food and beverage services at one of our premier outlets in Delhi, India. This is an on-site role where you will oversee daily operations, ensure superior service standards, coordinate the team on shift, and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will also monitor overall service quality, adherence to cleanliness standards, as well as manage customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and brand excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in Service Standards and Food Service to ensure top-quality experiences for guests
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with team members and customers
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Educational background in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in high-volume restaurants or F&B establishments is an advantage
