Position: Executive Chief Hotel Officer for MHG

Your expertise in hotel management will drive innovative solutions and ensure sustained high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational performance across all hotel locations
• Guide property leaders in maintaining brand standards
• Evaluate operations and implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct assessments and improve guest experiences
• Direct budget approvals and business planning processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management
• 5+ years as a General Manager or higher in hotels
• Experience in boutique hotel management is beneficial
• Strong skills in financial oversight and decision-making
• Must travel across PEI for property assessments
