About The Role
Progyny is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the company’s leadership team, including the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer. This role requires an individual with a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to prioritize effectively, ensuring that executives can focus on strategic initiatives without administrative distractions. Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives, including C-suite level professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Technologically savvy with familiarity in digital apps and online resources
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and exercise good judgment under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion with confidential information
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the calendars for the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and executive team, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Act as liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries
- Handle expense reports with accuracy and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Order daily lunch and manage catering needs for the executive team
- Assist with printing, scanning, mailing, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Maintain open lines of communication with executives to prioritize and manage ongoing projects and commitments
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the executive office and anticipate needs proactively
