Sydney CBD | $120K + Super | Full-time, Onsite (5 days)
Our client is a global IT services organisation with a fast-growing Sydney presence. Their office is a dynamic hub of innovation, collaboration, and energy and they are looking for someone who thrives in that environment.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be the backbone of the office keeping operations running seamlessly while providing high-level support to multiple senior stakeholders. You will play a critical role in shaping a productive, engaging workplace and enabling leaders to perform at their best.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Sydney CBD office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-run environment
- Manage facilities, vendors, maintenance, supplies, and catering to keep the office running smoothly
- Plan and deliver office events and team initiatives that enhance culture and employee engagement
- Provide executive support including complex diary management, travel coordination, meetings, and expenses
- Drive process improvements, coordinate communications, and support onboarding to enhance overall efficiency
About You
- 8+ years’ experience as an EA, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator in fast-paced, global or professional environments
- Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional, and adaptable approach
- High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in Google Workspace and document/presentation tools
