2. About the Opportunity:

The Events Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events that reinforce business goals and customer engagement. This position ensures smooth event operations by managing logistics, vendor relationships, and communication across multiple business units, contributing to a polished and cohesive brand experience.

3. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, internal meetings, and partner engagements

• Support the execution of over 30 events annually

• Manage vendor relationships for venues, catering, A/V, transportation, shipping, swag, and related services

• Handle attendee registrations, communications, lead collection tools, and onsite check-in

• Oversee shipping, tracking, and delivery of event materials and equipment

• Maintain event timelines, budgets, project trackers, and task lists

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Operations teams to align event goals

• Manage an enterprise event calendar for organization-wide visibility and coordination

• Provide onsite and virtual support to troubleshoot and ensure smooth event execution

• Maintain inventory of event materials, giveaways, branded collateral, and technology

• Manage merchandise store inventory and fulfillment

• Identify and implement improvements to event processes and experiences

4. Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in supporting conferences, trade shows, webinars, or related events

• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets

• Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors

• Adaptability and solution-oriented approach under tight deadlines

• Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, shipping, logistics, and event materials

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event/project management tools

• Experience supporting virtual or hybrid events using platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cvent

• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain a broader perspective

• Positive, collaborative attitude and flexibility to assist as needed

• Willingness to travel approximately 15%

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $50,000 – $67,000 annually

• Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location
