Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Porter is tasked with room setup and maintenance for events.
Your role will support both guests and service teams, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout event areas. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out room setups and breakdowns for events
• Maintain clean and organized banquet spaces
• Set up and manage service equipment and buffet stations
• Assist in moving and arranging furniture
• Provide support in clearing and resetting tables
Requirements:
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong ability to multitask under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a focus on functionality
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs during setup
