ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, and special events.
- Set up, serve, and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and brand standards.
- Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d’oeuvres with precision and professionalism.
- Provide polished table, beverage, and wine service while anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with banquet captains, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Adhere to luxury service etiquette, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous banquet, catering, or hospitality service experience preferred.
- Ability to provide formal, guest-focused service in an upscale environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Food safety and alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
