We are seeking a high-energy Event Sales Specialist (Freelance) to drive growth and expand our client portfolio for our large-scale national and conference events. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to turn corporate prospects into long-term event partners, exhibitors, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities, securing high-value sponsorships and corporate partnerships for national conferences and events.
  • Client Pitching: Create and deliver winning proposals for event sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and on-site brand activation opportunities.
  • Strategy: Collaborate directly with the CEO to set event sales targets and implement revenue growth strategies for our annual conference portfolio.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, corporate sponsors, industry associations, and event partners.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Event Sales (experience managing large-scale national conferences or exhibitions is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, confident presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the event lifecycle and corporate sponsorship landscape.
  • Mindset a Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership to drive event success.
