Role Description The Event Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for driving event business and nurturing client relationships. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, understanding event requirements, and preparing customized proposals and quotations. The specialist will collaborate closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly translated into actionable plans. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming inquiries, following up on prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an updated sales pipeline and CRM records. The role also includes attending events when required, supporting on-site client needs, collecting feedback, and contributing ideas to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Event Management and Event Planning skills, including coordinating timelines, vendors, and logistics for diverse event types.
  • Proven Sales and business development skills, with experience in lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present ideas, pitches, and proposals effectively.
  • Prior experience in events, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
