What You'll Do
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail-based events and promotional activations
- Support day-to-day event logistics, including materials, organization, and on-site readiness
- Help ensure smooth event flow by coordinating with team members and leadership
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner during live events
- Provide basic product and service information as part of event activities
- Support event check-in, guest interaction, and overall customer experience
- Assist with gathering feedback and reporting observations after events
- Contribute ideas to improve event execution and efficiency
