Role Description The Event Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in North Miami Beach, FL.
Job Duities Coordinate and support the planning and execution of private and corporate events. Assist with venue selection, vendor sourcing, and logistical coordination including catering, décor, audiovisual, and transportation services. Prepare event timelines, production schedules, and run-of-show documents. Communicate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and budgets. Support the development of event concepts, layouts, and guest experiences. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and event materials. Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and support cost reporting. Coordinate on-site event setup, vendor management, and execution activities. Maintain event documentation, vendor lists, and client records. Assist with post-event evaluations, reporting, and reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. No specific experience required. No specific training required.
Wage Offered: $39,042.00 per year
