About the Role

The Virtual Event & Occasion Planner is an entry-level, fully remote position responsible for assisting clients with planning vacations, cruises, and special travel experiences. This role combines customer service, travel coordination, and itinerary planning while providing ongoing support throughout the booking process. No prior industry experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in travel and customer service.

Location: Birmingham, Alabama (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resorts, flights, and travel packages.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Guide clients through booking options and answer travel-related questions.
  • Research destinations, promotions, and travel opportunities that match customer preferences.
  • Review travel itineraries, payment schedules, and required travel documentation.
  • Resolve basic booking and account-related inquiries in a timely manner.
