About the Role
BKY-Strategies is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Virtual Event & Occasion Planners. This beginner-friendly, fully remote position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating with clients, and planning travel experiences. No previous industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
As a Virtual Event & Occasion Planner, you will assist clients in planning vacations, cruises, resorts, flights, and special travel experiences while providing outstanding customer support throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages.
- Recommend travel options based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Research destinations, travel deals, and available accommodations.
- Review travel itineraries, payment schedules, and travel documentation with clients.
- Resolve basic booking and account-related inquiries.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the customer journey.
- Utilize travel booking platforms and customer service tools.
- Build strong client relationships through professional and friendly service.
