We are looking for a creative and highly organized Fitness Event Planner with experience in the fitness industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engaging fitness events, member activities, corporate wellness programs, competitions, and promotional campaigns that enhance the member experience and strengthen our brand.
Key Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute fitness events, workshops, challenges, and member engagement activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, management, vendors, sponsors, and external partners.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Oversee venue setup, branding, equipment, and event execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital and offline channels.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event success.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop innovative event concepts to increase memberships and member retention.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiner required.
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
