KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the planning, management, and execution of logistics & protocol management activities across SAB Bank, ensuring high service standards and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate protocol services for VIPs, Board Members, Executive Committee (EXCOM) members, dignitaries, guests, and visiting delegations.
Plan and oversee logistics, protocol, and operational arrangements for Board meetings, EXCOM meetings, roadshows, conferences, town halls, corporate events, and official functions.
Coordinate event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodation, event branding, registration management, vendor coordination, and on-site event support.
Ensure seamless delivery of corporate events, employee engagement activities, leadership forums, business meetings, and strategic company initiatives.
Supervise travel, logistics, protocol, and event service providers, ensuring service quality, compliance with contractual obligations, and timely issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and vendors to enhance service delivery and event success.
Handle executive requests, VIP visits, and high-profile events with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Maintain departmental records, contracts, reports, and event documentation in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to travel, logistics, protocol services, events, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance participant experience and operational effectiveness.
Self Management Responsibilities
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks
Risk & Internal Control Responsibilities
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications : Diploma
Language & Skills:Very good in Written and spoken English
Years of Experience:3 years of experience (with Diploma)
