Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
Our client is a highly regarded luxury event catering business; and due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Event Operations Manager to join their senior operations team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Events Operations, this role will take responsibility for the operational planning, coordination, and delivery of high-profile events across multiple London venues and client sites.
With a strong operational focus, the successful candidate will oversee event execution, logistics, staffing, and food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards and seamless delivery across a busy multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational delivery of events across multiple venues and client sites.
- Oversee staffing, logistics, transport, and event scheduling to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead on-site event operations, maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards.
- Coordinate closely with sales, culinary, and logistics teams to deliver successful events.
- Build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor labour costs, operational budgets, and overall event performance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
About You
- Proven experience in an Event Operations Manager, Senior Events Manager, or similar role.
- Strong background in high-end catering, hospitality, events, or venue operations.
- Experience managing multi-site operations, logistics, and food & beverage service.
- Confident leading teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing costs and operational performance.
- Hands-on, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional standards.
