Job Title: Event Coordinator
Job Location: Suzhou, China
Language Proficiency: Chinese (Native Level)
Job Description for Webinar Producer:
- The candidate must speak/read the local language fluently.
- Handles all technical aspects of the event. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
- Reliable laptop and dependable internet connection.
- Must be able to multitask during the webinar event,
- Set up the communication system prior to live event. Monitoring the chat and Q&A features, ensuring that questions and comments are addressed properly.
- Provide support for webinar speakers. Testing their audio and video setup
- Post-Event follow-up
- Comfortable using technology for virtual training and digital resources.
- Launch interactive elements such as polls or Q&A sessions, if applicable
- Must be able to dedicate 13 hours during the month of March for the event dress rehearsal and training delivery. Local time zone
