We are searching for a creative and energetic event coordinator, with a minimum of 2 years eventing experience to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, including creative concepts, mood boards, floral, decor ,furniture styling and costing proposals. As the event coordinator, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of event management.
Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our clients tailored requirements. We are looking for a fun and energetic person to compliment our team.
Responsibilities:
Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
Liaise with suppliers during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage all event set-up, collection and follow
-up processes.
Maintain event budgets.
Book suppliers, entertainers, photographers etc as per event requirements.
Have a positive attitude and lead by example as we work in hospitality and go the extra mile.
Be hardworking and flexible
Must have own reliable transport and valid drivers license.
