About the Role:
We are seeking a full time Event Coordinator to join the team at the Brighton Hotel – MGallery Collection.
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for coordinating and delivering corporate events, conferences, and business functions from confirmation through to execution.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless event delivery and an exceptional client experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a five-day in-office requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, and business functions from end to end
• Liaise with clients to confirm event details, requirements, and timelines
• Prepare and manage event orders, run sheets, and operational documentation
• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Kitchen, and AV to ensure seamless delivery
• Coordinate suppliers and external vendors where required
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings as required
• Manage event administration including contracts, invoicing, and post-event follow-up
About You:
• Previous experience in event coordination, preferably within corporate or conference environments
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong skills in event administration, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster (if required)
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this role)
