Role Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to support the execution of our robust event programs, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for speakers and sponsors. This role primarily supports virtual corporate events and webinars, requiring strong coordination across digital platforms and a distributed, global team.
This is a remote, part-time, entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, take ownership, and contribute to high-impact events. While most work is focused on virtual experiences, there may be occasional opportunities to support in-person event activities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate communications with event speakers and sponsors
- Maintain and update event microsites with accurate, timely information
- Run and distribute weekly event reports
- Help create a smooth, organized, and memorable experience for event attendees
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and manage dynamic calendars
- Support general event operations and logistics as needed
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and navigate multiple streams of communication
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and follow-through, while knowing when to seek input or clarification
- Sound judgment and the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration
- A customer-focused mindset when working with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful in solving problems
- Collaborative and positive in approach, with a willingness to step in and support the team where needed
- Background or interest in event planning or coordination ideal
- Experience with scheduling tools or reporting dashboards ideal
