Our client is a global leader in the medical aesthetics and technology space, partnering with clinics and practitioners across North America and internationally.
They are currently looking for a Tradeshow Coordinator to join their Marketing team and support the execution of tradeshows across Canada and the U.S. This is a highly operational, logistics-focused role with strong cross-functional exposure and long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate tradeshow's end-to-end, from booking through post-show wrap-up
• Manage vendor relationships including booth setup, service orders, and on-site requirements
• Oversee logistics for materials and systems, including shipping and returns
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure all deadlines are met across multiple events
• Partner closely with Sales to align on attendance, booth needs, and execution
• Support on-site setup, execution, and teardown for select tradeshows
• Manage pre- and post-show communications, including lead tracking and follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across all assigned events
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in events, logistics, operations, or coordination (internships/co-ops included)
• Exposure to events, conferences, or tradeshow's
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and logistics coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) CRM exposure is a plus
• Positive, proactive mindset with a strong team-oriented approach
