At Apex Kosher Catering, we specialize in elevated kosher catering across corporate events, private functions, and large-scale celebrations. Our work is detail-driven, fast-paced, and built on a standard of execution that goes beyond just food. We don't just cater events — we execute them at a high level.
We're looking for an Event Coordinator who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and takes pride in how everything comes together.
This role is for someone who:
- Brings a genuine passion for hospitality and execution
- Works independently and takes initiative
- Is organized and quick-thinking in a fast-moving environment
- Communicates with ease across clients and vendors
- Notices the details, and follows through on them
What you'll be doing:
- Managing events from inquiry through execution
- Coordinating logistics across clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Overseeing on-site flow and overall guest experience
- Supporting sales and helping convert inquiries into booked events
What we're looking for:
- Experience in events, catering, or hospitality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Knowledge of kosher catering is an asset
