Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
– Prepare exceptional char-broiled oysters:
Follow recipes and guest specifications precisely to ensure consistent quality and flavor in every dish – Select high-quality ingredients:
Visually inspect, select, and use only the freshest ingredients to prepare menu items – Maintain organization and cleanliness:
Keep all refrigeration, equipment, storage areas, and workstations clean and in good working condition – Manage product inventory:
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies, ensure proper storage, and monitor portion control to ensure consistent product quality and inventory levels – Comply with regulatory standards:
