This full‑time on‑site position offers a challenging and impactful role in driving the hotel’s revenue and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including budget management, financial forecasting, P& L analysis, and monthly reporting to track progress against business goals.
- Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
- Analyze competition, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience (or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records).
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
