Seeking an experienced Director of Rooms for a luxury hotel in downtown Nashville. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and overall guest experience delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of Director of Rooms experience within a luxury Forbes-rated hotel and demonstrate a strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide standards and service excellence. This leader must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences through anticipation of guest needs, team development, and operational excellence.
Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial thinkers who thrive in a luxury environment, lead by example, and inspire teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Strong communication skills, a polished professional presence, and a passion for training and mentoring are essential.
As a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Rooms will partner closely with department leaders to drive service standards, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in the overall success of the hotel.
