• Food & Beverage leadership experiences within international hotels, preferably in North Asia.
• Strong operational expertise and commercial acumen with a solid financial management background.
• A track record of developing high-performing, multicultural teams.
• Fluent English communication and administration skills.
• Japanese language and or previous experiences in Japan will be an advantage.
