主な業務内容:
- – フード＆ビバレッジ施設全体の管理・運営
- – レストラン、バー、バンケット、ルームサービスのオペレーション指導
- – ゲスト満足度とサービス品質の向上を推進
- – 予算管理、コスト管理、財務パフォーマンスの最適化
- – F&B管理チームのリーダーシップ、指導、育成
- – 調理チームと協力し、メニューやコンセプトの開発
- – 日常業務の円滑な実施と管理
- – 衛生、安全、ブランド基準の厳守
- – Oversee all food and beverage outlets
- – Lead restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations
- – Drive guest satisfaction and service quality
- – Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
- – Lead, coach, and develop F&B management teams
- – Work with culinary team on menus and concepts
- – Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets
- – Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards

- – Experience with luxury resort guest experience enhancement
- – Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and brand standards in hospitality
- – Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively
