This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, highly visible, and creative executive to shape the future of food and beverage within a wellness-driven, experiential resort environment.

The property features multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, pool operations, extensive banquet facilities, and 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, requiring an operator who thrives in both high-touch luxury service and complex, large-scale operations.

We are seeking a leader who understands that luxury dining extends far beyond execution—it is built through innovation, emotional connection, storytelling, and memorable experiences. This role calls for a visionary who can elevate culinary programming, create compelling activations, and continuously reinvent experiences that drive guest engagement, local relevance, and financial performance.

The Opportunity

The Director of Food & Beverage will provide strategic and operational leadership for all food and beverage outlets, banquet operations, and culinary partnerships while serving as a key member of the resort's executive leadership team. This individual will inspire a culture of excellence, mentor and develop high-performing leaders, and champion creativity throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with culinary leadership to continuously evolve menus, beverage programs, and dining concepts that align with luxury market expectations and emerging trends.
  • Drive innovative programming and experiential activations, including chef collaborations, wellness-focused offerings, seasonal events, wine experiences, and immersive dining concepts that create distinction in the marketplace.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations supporting nearly 100,000 square feet of meetings and event space, ensuring flawless execution of group business, social events, and high-profile functions.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with guests, local clientele, and key stakeholders while serving as a highly visible ambassador throughout the resort.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that maximize profitability while enhancing the guest experience and strengthening market positioning.
  • Maintain ownership of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, expense controls, purchasing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives across all food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, repositioning, and long-term operational excellence.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven success leading complex luxury resort food and beverage operations generating $30 million+ in annual food and beverage revenue.
  • Extensive experience overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and large-scale meetings and events environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing innovative food and beverage concepts, activations, and guest experiences that drive both revenue and market differentiation.
  • Experience leading large management teams within Forbes-rated, Michelin-recognized, or similarly elevated luxury environments strongly preferred.
  • Highly visible, floor-driven leadership style with exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Financially sophisticated operator with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and strategic planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, operational discipline, and commercial performance.

  • Base Salary: Up to $185,000
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 30%
  • Relocation Assistance
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
