Role Description
We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to lead and oversee the food and beverage operations at one of our newset properties in Vietnam. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including staff management, budgeting, menu planning, and ensuring premier guest experiences. The Director will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, analyzing operational performance, and driving departmental growth. Collaboration with the culinary and events teams to innovate and deliver exceptional dining and event experiences is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in food and beverage service, including menu planning, event coordination, and beverage management
- Strong leadership, staff training, and team management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, guests, and vendors
- Proven ability to drive innovation in culinary offerings and guest experiences
- Experience with international or luxury hotel chains is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety and health standards
