Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a leading internationally recognized resort group to appoint a Director of Food & Beverage for one of their stunning Caribbean properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to join an established five-start resort operation in one of the Caribbean’s most vibrant island destinations. The property has a great reputation and looking for a strong F&B leader to continue elevating service standards, guest experience, and operational performance across multiple outlets.
Curaçao offers a unique blend of Caribbean lifestyle and European influence, known for its colourful culture, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and international community. English is widely spoken on the island, while Dutch and Spanish language skills would be considered a strong advantage in this role.
This is a high-impact leadership position within a respected hospitality organisation, offering genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to work within a large-scale luxury environment.
The Opportunity
Joining as Director of Food & Beverage, you will take full ownership of a large-scale, multi-outlet F&B operation, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence. This is a highly hands-on role, requiring strong visibility on the floor and a natural ability to inspire, coach, and elevate teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all food & beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance
- Be highly present during service, setting the tone and leading by example
- Develop, mentor, and train large teams to consistently deliver at a high level
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, guest experience, and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience at Director level overseeing large F&B department
- Caribbean or international resort experience is highly desirable
- A highly hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Passion for training, developing, and investing in people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and demanding environment
- Dutch or Spanish speaking abilities would be beneficial
